| Description | Job Title: Associate Executive Director, Nursing Services Reporting to: Immediate Superior Basic Function: Within the mission, vision and values of Saudi Arabian Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs, plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of Nursing Services by assuming 24-hour accountability for leadership and coordination of the department in collaboration with other hospital departments including the responsibility to administer the managerial functions of setting objectives and staffing activities of the assigned departments/areas of responsibility. |

| Requirements | Education : Bachelor Degree in Nursing Master Degree in Nursing or related discipline from an accredited institution Registered Nurse with current Nursing license Registration with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Work Experience: Minimum of twelve (12) years’ current clinical nursing experience following Licensure/registration in the country of origin, eight (8) years of which in managerial capacity including two (2) years in comparable positions |
