Description | Job Title : Assistant Nurse Manager Responsible to: Nurse Manager Basic Function : Within the mission, vision and values of the hospital and the Division of Nursing Services, assists with overall unit management and the delivery of quality nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes, acts as the unit charge nurse, provides total patient care as required and assumes managerial role in absence of Nurse Manager. Rotates day & night shifts as indicated to meet patient care requirements. |

Requirements | Education: Bachelor Degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution Current licensure as a professional registered nurse Specific Certification as required in area of assignment Registration with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Work Experience: Minimum of 6 (six) years current clinical nursing experience following licensure/registration in the country of origin, 3 (three) years of which in specific field/area and in comparable management position |
