| Description | Job Title : Nurse Coordinator Responsible To: Nursing Supervisor/Nurse Manager Basic Function : Within the mission, vision and values of the hospital and the Division of Nursing Services,provides total patient care for assigned patient and acts as the charge nurse for a shift. Ensures optimal nursing care is provided to patients and coordinates staffing and other patient care activities. Rotates day & night shits 10 meet patient care requirements. |
