Registered Nurse - 90 day or 180 day contract- Paediatric Surgery

Scope of Service: Surgical Pediatrics (A-2) HOURS OF OPERATIONS: 24 hours daily, 7 days a week No. of Beds: 28 The Pediatric Surgical / Solid Organ Transplant unit provides children and their families with the care required for extensive surgical procedures from the time of admission until discharge. Most of the patients have multiple and complex medical conditions requiring a multi-disciplinary approach in their management. The requirements of the paediatric patient population include diagnostic work-ups, medical-surgical management, nursing assessments, interventions and education. Specialties include * General pediatric surgery * Plastic surgery * Urology * Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery * Neurology / neurosurgery * Liver transplants * Renal Transplant

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, At least two years' recent acute nursing experience. Your current or recent experience should match the ward/unit you are seeking to apply to.
