Registered Nurse (Home Health Care) | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | 90-Day Locum Contract

Scope of Service: Home Health Care (HHC) In collaboration with patients/families/caregivers, the Home Health Care (HHC) Program provides, supervises, educates and supports care of KFSH&RC patients in their own homes, for the promotion of their physical, psychological and social well-being. These patients are classified into: * Long term conditions: admitted to the program with no plans of discharge. These patients are - Palliative patients - End of life patients - Home Mechanically Ventilated Patients (HMVP) - Home Hemodialysis Patients (HHDP) - Home Parenteral Nutrition Patients (HPNP) - Home Enzyme Replacement Patients (HERP) - Other patients are ordered by hospital administration * Short term conditions: admitted to the program for a period that ranges from 1 month to 6 months. These patients have a specific objective of admission to HHC and are discharged once the objective is met.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, At least two years' recent acute nursing experience. Your current or recent experience should match the ward/unit you are seeking to apply to.
